API Readiness
Summary: An API should be specified only after its business workflow, ownership, security, data contract, and operational responsibilities are approved.
#Current position
Proposed: This package intentionally contains no endpoint paths, credentials, schemas, SDK instructions, rate limits, or availability commitments because no implemented public API has been established.
