Campaign
A bounded commercial activity with defined participants, audience, terms, duration, approvals, and measures.

Commerce Graph
NEFE’s governed conceptual model of participating businesses, relationships, journeys, and permitted signals.

Consumer
A customer or prospective customer interacting with a NEFE-enabled experience.

Live
Available in the current approved product environment.

Merchant
A participating business that offers products, services, experiences, or customer value.

Network operator
The organization or accountable team governing a NEFE deployment and its participants.

Opportunity
A decision-support candidate for a potential commercial relationship, journey, or campaign; not a guaranteed outcome.

Pilot
Available only within a controlled evaluation or configured deployment.

Proposed
A direction or concept that is not implemented or contractually committed.

Referral
A defined customer progression between participating businesses or experiences.
