Analytics
Summary: NEFE analytics helps authorized users evaluate network activity and commercial outcomes against agreed objectives.
#Measurement model
Analytics should begin with a documented baseline and measurement plan. Common measures include:
- Eligible reach and engagement.
- Referral progression.
- Conversion.
- Attributable value.
- Partner contribution.
- Operational exceptions.
| Measure | Question |
|---|---|
| Reach | How many eligible participants or customers could engage? |
| Engagement | How many took the defined action? |
| Conversion | How many completed the intended outcome? |
| Attribution | What outcome can reasonably be associated with the activity? |
| Incrementality | What changed compared with the baseline or control? |
#Status
- Pilot: Configured dashboards and reports may be available for approved pilot datasets.
- Proposed: Universal cross-channel attribution, automated causal proof, and guaranteed forecasting are not live.
#Responsible interpretation
Dashboards should state:
- The time range.
- Source coverage.
- Applied filters.
- Material limitations.
Small samples, selection bias, missing data, and changing market conditions can affect conclusions.
Best Practice: Agree metric definitions before launch and preserve them for the evaluation period.
#Access and exports
- Access follows roles and permissions.
- Any available export must follow the deployment’s privacy, retention, and contractual rules.
